The concentrated exhaust gas undergoes low-temperature flameless pyrolysis (i.e. catalytic oxidation) under the action of a catalyst, and the heat generated by its own combustion can meet the combustion temperature without external preheating, catalyzing combustion to produce CO2 and H2O.

Principle explanation:This technology cleverly combines processes such as VOCs waste gas adsorption, concentration, gas analysis, catalytic pyrolysis, and gas recycling to achieve a comprehensive solution for VOCs waste gas treatment. Specifically, special adsorption materials are used to adsorb and concentrate high air volume and low concentration exhaust gas, converting it into low air volume and high concentration exhaust gas. The concentrated exhaust gas is then subjected to catalytic pyrolysis treatment, and the clean gas after pyrolysis is used for analysis. The products are mainly carbon dioxide and steam, achieving "ultra-low emissions" of exhaust gas.

Exhaust gas adsorption and concentration device:The exhaust gas adsorption and concentration device is a device that uses multiple independently designed exhaust gas concentration and adsorption units to adsorb and treat the collected industrial exhaust gas (mainly composed of VOCs). When the adsorption material in the adsorption unit adsorbs to a certain amount (dynamic saturation amount), it is heated by high-temperature air with a small air volume to desorb the VOCs on the surface of the adsorption material, which is then treated by the exhaust gas catalytic oxidation device to achieve efficient treatment of organic exhaust gas.

Catalytic oxidation device:The exhaust gas catalytic oxidation device is equipped with a high-temperature resistant VOC high-efficiency purification catalyst, which rapidly oxidizes and pyrolyzes the desorbed organic exhaust gas into water and carbon dioxide under low temperature conditions, achieving the purpose of treating exhaust gas. Compared with direct combustion, catalytic oxidation (also known as catalytic combustion) has a lower temperature and a smooth and thorough reaction.
